The programme is an intensive, hands-on, peer learning experience, themed around achieving lasting changes in policy and strategy.
Over the course of the programme, participants engage in knowledge exchange sessions led by expert speakers and senior leaders, as well as intensive teamwork based on two case studies.
The Winter School aims to extend your change management skills, broaden your international professional networks and enhance your personal impact.
